Think Happy Thoughts….If you think Happy thoughts…you feel so much better! Your body hears you when you say negative things. Even when you don’t feel like thinking positive…just try it…It Works! Positive thought has been proven to help the healing process in many ways. I will admit that I do struggle with positive thinking from time to time…I put this happy pic of Nylah up today to remind myself (all all blog readers) to think Positive thoughts…Life is short and we only have this moment..I also write this blog post as a gently reminder to myself to have gratitude and think Positive!
